Lanphier Associates recently produced a new series of spots for Asante Health Systems, featuring their new spokesperson in an art gallery setting. The spots began airing during the Winter Olympics. Other SOFaT members on the crew included Casting Director Bill Weil/The Talent Pool, AD Gary Kout, PM Anne Lundgren, AC/Grip Rocky Garrotto, and Makeup/Hair Pam Danielle.
Rocky Garrotto recently worked in Portland as Key Grip on a new show that involves renovating Bars around the country. He’s Directing and Editing a web series for a local Ashland exercise guru, Allisa Rae.
Anita Gomez has just finished her second screenplay. She is doing a series of written and video pieces telling the story of an Ashland-based real estate development company. Her series of articles for Source Oregon Magazine, including one highlighting Southern Oregon, will be published just after April 1st.
Anita Gomez and Rocky Garrotto have been Post-production Supervising the Southern Oregon-shot movie BY GOD’S GRACE, which is now in the hands of the L.A. Distributor.
The short horror/thriller CREEPER is nearing completion. SOFaT crew include Writer/Director Ron Huffstutter, Producer Marc Wells, AD/Lighting Sam Gostnell, Makeup Meredith Roberts and Randy Granstrom. Levi Anderson and Twanissa Cox star in the film. Sean McCoy/Oregon Sound Recording has been doing audio post work with several other SOFaT members: with Lanphier Associates for Asante and Sharefaith; with Michele Carnes Ellis for CareSource and AllCare, with Howard Schreiber for SOPTVs Jeffersonian series;, with Shawn Adams of Rotor Head for Qualcomm. He has also done audio post for San Jose Regional Medical Center. Other significant projects include dialogue editing and final mixing for Katie Teague's documentary MONEY AND LIFE, and original music for Burke Williams Spa's website. He is currently in the final stages of mixing a feature called DOCTOR ME starring Eric Roberts and directed by Ty Hodges of "Even Stevens" fame. The OSR facility now includes a full Pro Tools HD system, greatly improving capacity for handling large-scale productions, particularly in 5.1.
Maddox Visual Productions has been busy with several productions: They shot a spot for Brand Source in Boise; completed a TV spot for the Grange-Coop; and filmed a music video for Jesse Lawson. Matt Doell was Director and Tyler Maddox was DP on all the productions. SOFaT members who assisted on the music video were Ron Huffstutter (PA), Jason McMurry (PA) and Anna Savage (PA).
Tyler Maddox was Still Photographer for a recent Adidas campaign with the NBA All-Stars in New Orleans.
